Diversity Leadership Program provides individuals of diverse backgrounds an opportunity to develop as rental housing leaders through mentorship, education, personalized assessments and collaboration.

Leadership Lyceum provides individuals the opportunity to develop as inspired, empowered and informed volunteer leaders in rental housing. This collaborative, in-person, year-long program brings together professionals across the country to exchange knowledge and experiences.

Scholarship Track
The Alexandra Jackiw Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Scholarship, established by Past NAA Chair Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM®, aims to provide professional development opportunities for members of racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ groups, people/persons with disabilities and veterans/active members of the military.
