The road to excellence is paved with hard work, dedication to one’s community and leadership skills. That’s why we recognize those acts with the National Apartment Association’s Excellence Awards (the Excels). With categories from all walks of the rental housing industry, NAA celebrates affiliated apartment associations, communities, companies, individual achievements and other initiatives that promote apartment careers. 

Honoring the best in rental housing, the National Apartment Association is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2024 NAA Excellence Awards. Winners will be announced at the NAA Excellence Awards ceremony on Wednesday, June 19 at 11 a.m. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during the industry's largest education and networking event of the year, Apartmentalize.
